A Visit from long ago, This is by David George DeLancey in Memory of a Person whom represented New York in Many ways, the time period was 1701-1760 his name is James DeLancey the Chief Justice and Governor and Lieutenant Governor also Presiding Judge, and a Poem in his matter. Here i set afloat about the waves though the caves are of mean the bank is clean and bring the straight in us in what we seen though the straight is of courage like the flow of our homage a pole we may be for a flag is of thee for the attachment about it may there be a prancement to clout it as of the stars like above in a gentle way may we stay to play in meant for day as of like the course of heaven may we queathin for if it's above may it be like a glove though the formation of a nation to inherit is about us the ocean in it's motion of course we share and bearous the crevice in which we serround The Bounderies in our founderies are like the endless of our stay the bank to the right is of the square to bear may it be above as to love when we declare if i leave to see what is about in the right without spite may i return of spite to be of right the stars so close a toll may it be as the pole the straight of the want may it be of staunt for a flag we have in right of flight is of the night with nothing so bright. 7:16 P.M. The Band in the DeLancey Brigade just a note they were during the priod of the 1700's and then became of a continuance British economic the Art of Trooping and the History of Formation My studies do need more clarifying though i do know that the Band was positioned after the brigade this kept the oncomeing to think they were not much closer and also it could be posible the terming Brave was a tallent of appretiation for the distance one would keep from another.

A Lance was used at the end of the Rifle for quietness still pervailed for in case of a larger force attack and an unsuspected volenteer whom may just rush in.

This Lance was a Unique tool for it was used with a cloth or small type flag i guess a flag would be called for when they would or whom ever this went on since the lance became used it just took time to realise that approuching a horse it would move or jolt when a flashy thing was Pranced about it. This would clear the way and instandt the rash approuch of connection to the Horse or Knight perhaps early time there was not the knight  a soldier or vulg or something meaning carry for the Lance is quite old when the lance was stopped by England with the usage of attack; it then some how became a standing Peice it was now A Pole with a Matel blade lance and attached to it's seroundings is a form of a Flag.

It is said the gostly past Prancering DeLancey Brigade met Up with ther Foot Calvery Patrol and Flung there extra Shaull or jacket for the wounded even those that had used there belongings for foe and when this capability accured quite often while in final destination of a cabin or household perhaps a family member they here the stories and devote the closed situation as a warmth and covered degree for the ones also that had past and were deep about the ground.

So While they folded ther belongings the lance was still There though never again to be used in that degree it is now a comfort for a rifle man of war meaning more then one in the setting location of the folding of it a circle and glitter of light from the Lanceing Blade which will then be slid away and upwrighted held while the flag stayed  securly in meant.

Agreat Veterans Day; And a small parade there was an 18th century unit, i am interested in joining, I talked a bit about the DeLancey Brigade I am Planning to start here on the Cape.

Well here's a bit of history from New York Assembly and it's Constitution.

Members are of 70
1 ~ For the City and County of New York nine and were of Manhattan
2 ~ City and County of Albany ten
3 ~ Dutches County seven
4 ~ Westchester County six
5 ~ Ulster County six
6 ~ Suffolk County five Long Island
7 ~ Queens County now Queens and Nassau four
8 ~ Orange County now orange and Rockland four
9 ~ Kings County Brooklyn two
10 ~ Richmond County two Staten Island
11 ~ Tryon County six Montgomery
12 ~ Charlotte County four now Washington
13 ~ Cumberland County (partitioned January 15 1777 for creation of Vermont three
14 ~ Gloucester two also same partition as Cumberland Vermont gained

It seems as a researcher that this constitution is a similar act as what was during the Albany Convention 1754 involving Commissioners.

Enforcement ~-~ Local Committees of inspection were to be established in the colonies by which compliance would be monitered, through strong~arming local businesses stated in the Articles of Association mid 1700's suggesting heavy hitter of Articles adoption; The Sons of Liberty and the 2nd Continental Congress.

Any Individuals odserved to violate the Pledges in the Articles would be condemend in Print and astracised in Society"as the enemies of American liberty.

Perhaps the section of the Articles Ttitled Saction has alotto dowith that,of liberty. In the Articles, liberty is a mention of setting a law as to for another to obide with, such as is a sanction.
Liberty through the Articles of Association is a, perhaps, willingness to do something. Another stronger term may subside, and it appears to be up to the individual right of that conclution. Based on a set standard of another to give an Allegiance of liberty as an effort of decision: We The People for The People; Perhaps not a standard from as Association, though not realy New Yorks Administrative Ordinances did not comply, and as a Capital being of an economical structure, America. Though the Constitution a capital being in reference is a standard approuch.

The New York Constitution was not ratified until seven yeas after the revolution.

Gotham Nottinghamshire, England Pronounced goutem goat um existed before King John reigning as King of England from 6 April 1199 until 1 October 1216. His death.
A road was to be built through Gotham, though it was secured around the area for the personage of the little village would set out to be stupid and or mentally deformed, and would wonder about the area , as that, some say they did it on purpose.
King John acquired the nickname of "Lackland" for as a youngest son required no land through inheritance. Interesting how is the knight's were also allowed to not conceal a piece of property for the building of a road and had to acquire it around itself.
