2007 Summer Seminar

The Atlas Society held its 18th Annual Summer Seminar conference July 8-15, 2007, on the campus of Towson University, in Towson, Maryland, near Baltimore.

The Summer Seminar is a weeklong conference on the theory and practice of Objectivism.

For full information, see our new dedicated events and conferences website:   www.AtlasEvents.org .

The Summer Seminar features more than 30 distinguished speakers and more than 50 presentations. The topics include Objectivist theory and the history of philosophy; arts and aesthetics; history, law, and culture; and the Objectivist art of living well. It provides a forum for rational discussion and the sharing of ideas among individuals inspired by Ayn Rand.

Note that the schedule for 2007 is slightly different from that of recent years. In 2007, the Seminar program will begin on Monday, July 9, and it will end on Saturday, July 14. Sunday, July 8, is the main check-in and registration day, and most attendees will depart Sunday, July 15. Early arrival and extended stay options are available, and it is also possible to register to attend only part of the Seminar week.
