Center Honors Jamie Dorrian

Director of Administration Jamie Dorrian recently celebrated her tenth anniversary at The Objectivist Center. Dorrian began work in April 1992 as an administrative assistant—the first person to join Executive Director David Kelley on the staff of the young organization. She went on to become office manager, accounting specialist, and, in 1998, director of administration. Dorrian manages the center's finances, as well as the office staff and operations. She is also the conference manager for the summer seminar and other events.

"Jamie is one of the center's great assets," said Kelley. "She has risen to every challenge we've faced in ten years of rapid and sometimes turbulent growth. She's the one who ensures that our conferences are classy and well organized, that our finances are on track, that the office runs smoothly, and that our programs have the administrative support they need. Those of us who work with her at the center, as well as our members and everyone else who participates in our programs, owe her a large debt of gratitude for her decade of achievement at the center."
